Refund policy

At Handicraft Home, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused and unwashed.
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return:

  • Products that have been washed or used.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or care.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Products that have been altered or customized as per the customer's request.
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the packaging.
  • A short video of the unboxing, if available.

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Return Process

To request a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

After reviewing your request, we will provide further instructions if the return is approved.

Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from Handicraft Home.

5. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Handicraft Home will bear the applicable return shipping cost.

For other approved return requests, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method, where applicable.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to appear in your account.

7. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be provided if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging.
  • The product is missing accessories or components.
  • The product does not meet the return conditions mentioned above.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow our return procedure after delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions above.

9. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is applicable if no payment has been made.

10. Return Address

The return address and return instructions will be shared with the customer after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
